Demon Slayer Hanafuda Keychain | Kamado Tanjiro Key Ring

A 20 x 55 mm keychain carrying the hanafuda sun and rays worn by Tanjiro Kamado in Demon Slayer. A solid band runs across the top and the bottom of the tile. A 12 mm sun sits centred under the top band with its upper edge tucked behind it, and 11 rays run out from the sun's own centre. Eight of them reach the side edges, the outermost pair landing exactly in the corners of the top band. The remaining three run down the length of the tile and widen into solid triangular tips where they meet a curved water line near the bottom.

It is built in four tones, one each for the field, the linework, the sun, and the water. Every area of the design is printed as its own region of material 0.6 mm deep into the face of the 2 mm tile, so the artwork is built into the part itself instead of being engraved, stuck on, or applied over the top, and there is nothing on it to wear off. The regions finish level with one another instead of standing proud, so the face is flat and the back is plain.

A lug stands 6 mm above the top of the tile with a 4 mm hole through it and 1.2 mm of material all round. It carries a 5 mm fillet into the top band on both sides, so the pull is fed into the tile across the lug's full width. The hole sits entirely outside the tile, which leaves the artwork uncut. Overall length is 61 mm. A split ring, chain, or lanyard passes through the hole.
